Theory into Practice Final Product Proposal

Reflection on theory (reference all) Surrealism - https://youtu.be/hnrufMiLb5U We conducted a surrealism experiment  , the concept was about a girl physically trying to find the answers within herself to a test , for example she would stab herself in the eye and paper would fly out , or she punched herself in the stomach and then she threw up water with math answers inside .  Feminism - https://pearladewale18.blogspot.com/2019/09/judith-butler.html we learned about the different acts of feminism , we then had to choose a theory we discussed different theories , but I had chosen Judith butler subversion of identity , I decided to evaluate a particular artist in the public eye to support / contrast her theory . It was a good way to look at the theory more in depth .  Montage -https://pearladewale18.blogspot.com/2019/10/kuledshoc-effect-it-is-mental.html We spoke about the sovient montage and the Kushcv effect ( how shots are put together to create a physical response) . Sovient montage is a theory that relies on editing , montage is french for assemble . we had to answer a few questions relating to that .  Web 2.0 - https://pearladewale18.blogspot.com/2019/11/web-20-services.html We had to answer questions regarding whether it has become addictive over the years for example snapchat , facebook , twitter and other general social media platforms. We also had to discuss whether its interactive or not , for example web 2.0 is not restricted in other countries so therefore it is very interactive because it is everywhere.  Brecht - https://pearladewale18.blogspot.com/2019/12/verfremdungseffekt-brecht.html It is relating back to the audience and keeping them guessing and engaged , and how does it fit in with modern day films .  Narrative ( 5 act treatment https://pearladewale18.blogspot.com/2019/10/5-act-treatment.html We had to create our own story . it had to have an exposition , rising action , climax , falling action and denouement . My story was developed as the plot thickened.

How this has led to a final idea (discuss theory for project) By doing these theories I have discovered that I benefited more from doing the 5 act treatment where I could make my own story , I feel like narrative is my strong point due to the fact that I can control , what is happening within the storyline and concept .  I have decided that narrative is going to be the theory for my project. My final idea is definitely going be film based .

Proposal for form of final product  I propose to create an in depth short film maybe I might expand on my essential 5 act treatment https://pearladewale18.blogspot.com/2019/10/5-act-treatment.html , which included  i would develop the storyline just off a simple logline . for example “ jealous scheming school girl , wants the lifestyle of the popular princess type which includes the boyfriend .
